I was born in Geneva, Switzerland, lived in Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, France and Luxembourg, where I developed a strong work ethic and a passion for building connections. Educational Journey
My academic path began with a Federal Certificate in Banking, where I focused on stock exchange mechanism then I had the chance to integrate HR and later experiencing business management. This education provided the theoretical and practical foundation for my career, equipping me with the skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.
Growth & Expertise
Over the years, I honed my expertise in HR while working with diverse teams and industries. From the creation of worldwide pension plan, HR shared service delivery, leading change management initiatives to the creation of boards and developing an effective employer branding, I’ve built a reputation for creating impactful solutions.
Professional Beginnings
I launched my career at UBS, formerly SBS, where I learned the ropes of finance. When in HR I focused on talent acquisition, organisational development, operations. These early experiences shaped my understanding of how both Finance and HR can drive business success.
Current Position
Today, I am proud to offer my services as a Business Partner specializing in HR. My mission is to help organizations thrive by aligning their people strategies with their business goals, fostering collaboration, and driving growth. I want HR to be considered as much valuable as CFOs for any businesses’ CEOs.
